This Privacy Policy describes how Epic Technology Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) protects the privacy of users of the Baby Color Tap Android application (“the App”).

We built the App specifically for babies, toddlers, and their parents. We believe that children’s privacy is of the utmost importance.

We are proud to say that we do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal information or location data from you or your child.

The App is designed to be played completely offline. It does not:

• Require an internet connection.
• Ask for or create user accounts.

• Access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
• Collect device identifiers or analytics data.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Because our App is designed for young children, it strictly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected information about your child, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such data.

3. Advertising and In-App Purchases

To provide a safe and uninterrupted environment for your child:

• No Ads: The App does not contain any third-party advertisements or tracking networks.
• No In-App Purchases: There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or micro-transactions.

4. Device Permissions (Screen Pinning / Lock Task Mode)

The App uses Android’s built-in “Screen Pinning” (Lock Task Mode) feature to keep your child safely within the App and prevent them from accidentally accessing other parts of your phone. This feature works entirely locally on your device and does not send any data to us or any third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, ad networks, or social media platforms. Everything runs locally on your device.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
